Ok. Maybe I should put it this way. You should be armed with facts before you purchase a vibration machine. Since there are so many of these machines to choose from, it is critical to know the benefits and nuances of each type. And this is based on someone's individual goals, not just a generic report on how WBV is for everyone.

What is happening is the naive consumer will come uneducated and unprepared and doesn't know how to shop whole body vibration machines and must depend 100% on the sole recommendation of a salesperson whose best interest is probably being served here. There is no single machine that is the BEST FIT for everyone. Salespeople can suggest a "best fit" after you tell them your needs but really they are usually just listening to sales clues, such as asking you your budget too soon or part of town you live in. So, I own an ocean front home, now what machine do you recommend for me? Sure, the $14,000 Vivovibe 660 or maybe the $16,000 500 pound Hypergravity machine. Or how about the $20,000 dollar Vibraflex.

After calling stores that sell different brands, it seems they try to sell me the most expensive one that my budget will allow no matter what my real need is. What's even more funny, I call some companies and no matter what i tell them they always recommend the same machine. Try getting your friend to call. Oh, I have lymphatic issues. So buy this machine. Oh, I have a bad back. Oh, buy that same machine. You get my point.

In the end, you must be comfortable with the vibration machine. Being comfortable with your machine means that you understand if your machine can give you the basic results of a vibration machine. If your machine meets the criteria you are looking for then it's a good fit. 95% of the people never use their machine over 14 hertz. So do you really need the power of a Vibeplate? Or the high G force of a Hypervibe? If someone needs higher, then it should be recommended. Not just because the machine has the highest power it's the best one on the market. It's all about what is going to meet your personal needs. Maybe you need a machine with a lower ballistic impact like a Zaaz.
