SCAM:
Return Policy Nightmares
Many people are buying machines from companies that are saying, "Why not buy?" We will give you 30 days to try it and refund your money back if you don't like it. What they don't say is if it is not in new condition or the original box is not there or if there is a scratch on it they won't give you 100% of your money back.
Please investigate their return policy from the manufacturer that you are considering purchasing a vibration platform from. If you don't like the vibration machine you bought (for any reason), what is their return policy? Is it 30 days no questions asked? Do they charge you the shipping? Will they give you a prepaid shipping label? Will they have their shipping company pick it up at your place? What if you don't have the original carton for it? Is there any restocking fees or exceptions when they charge fees? Find all of this stuff out. They might give you your money back but charge you 200 dollars that it cost to ship to you plus you have to pay to ship it back. If it's in used condition, will you only get a percentage of refund back?
Most whole body vibration machine companies will not quiver when you want to return something. This is assuming it is not damaged by you. They know they can sell it quickly to someone else. Even though a company has a good reputation, it is still good to know the return policy in full. This can help avoid any problems should you decide to return it for any reason you are not satisfied with their machine.
